Georgia Expands Special Procurement Framework for Anaklia Deep Sea Port

On 4 November, Georgia reported expanded simplified procurement rules for Anaklia Sea Port under Government Decree No. 515, adopted on 2 November. The changes cover engineering, design, geological and environmental studies, supervision, consulting and marketing services; contracts above GEL 50,000 are subject to specified procurement conditions, while advance payments above EUR 50,000 require a bank or contractual guarantee.
