IFM Investors Begins A$1.1 Billion Industrial Development in Melbourne

On 28 October 2026, IFM Investors commenced construction of Daybreak Dandenong South, a 62.3-hectare industrial and logistics development in Melbourne with an expected end value of approximately A$1.1 billion. The project is planned to deliver more than 283,000 square metres of industrial and logistics space, with its first stage expected to be completed in February 2028.
