Bank of Ceylon Plans Debenture Issue of Up to LKR 30 Billion

On 27 October, Bank of Ceylon announced plans for a listed debenture issue of up to LKR 30 billion, beginning with an initial LKR 10 billion offer. The proposed five-year fixed-rate instruments carry a 12.75% annual coupon, while seven-year fixed-rate instruments carry 13%; floating-rate options are also available.
